Job Description
Prepare budget and cash call on a regular basis. Segregate the budget considering different requirements.
Prepare procurement and expenditure plan for the smooth project implementation based on approved work-plan and budget.
Review/check expenses (bill/vouchers) of project staff. Also ensure appropriate charging of these expenses.
Monitor expenses of project activities and provide feedback to project management. 
Prepare financial reports.
Collect bill from vendor and submit to appropriate authority with necessary attachments.
Keep all the computerized financial documents/formats updated.
Maintain the recording of all project materials to register in a systematic way.
Check invoice, and bank payment voucher, etc. 
Prepare cash flow statement with note.
Prepare debit and credit voucher
Perform any accounts-related work assigned by the authority
Handling Tax and VAT related issues 
Prepare internal audit plan 
Conduct recruitment and selection procedure according to approved SOP
Maintain salary sheet for every employee 
Conduct performance evaluation for each employee in every six month 
Prepare and update contract papers, and nondisclosure agreements 
Assist in preparing code of conduct and movement issues 
Conduct initial orientation/induction to newly hired employees
Ensure compensation and benefit rules and regulations
Maintain and update employee database for smooth HR operation
Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, organogram preparation and other OD efforts
Develop annual training calendar/plan based on training needs and undertake necessary activities to ensure the timely and effective implementation of it
Prepare and maintain relevant reports 
Handle disciplinary and grievance procedure, employee relation issues as per law and company values, policies, and procedures
Look after health insurance and keep records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time
Assist in regular payroll operation, monitoring attendance of employees and leaving hours
Keep up with the trend in designing, user experience, color usage etc.
Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery
Design original pieces, including illustrations and info graphics
Be responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media
Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
Prepare design by operating necessary equipment and software
Develop and design innovative concepts and graphics for organizational marketing collaterals, such as Logo, Banner, Branding, Social Media Posts etc.
Collaborate with team members to launch designs
Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. color correction)
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design
Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the management
Coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Educational Requirements Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/ Finance or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university/institution

BBA or MBA in Management /Human Resource Management or relevant discipline from any reputed university/ institution.

Candidates having Diploma in PGDPM/ PGDHRM from any reputed institute will be given priority.

At least Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts or related field
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year
Working experience in any research/ consulting firm in the accounting/ finance department is preferable.
At least 1 year
Working experience in any research/ consulting firm in the HR department is preferable.
At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following required desktop publishing tools including Adobe In-design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
Applicants with CAD knowledge will be given preference in case of recruitment.
Preference will be given to skilled and experienced Graphics Designer
Required Skills
Good communication skill both in Bangla and English
Sound knowledge in debit and credit management
Sound knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, and other accounting software
Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills both in Bangla and English
Sound knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Understanding of marketing and being able to prepare different types of materials such as IEC materials, event promotional materials, report publishing, brochure preparation, website design, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design.
Appreciation for aesthetics with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
International-standard creative and innovative design
Color concept
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Have experienced and curious eyes for visual composition
